Key Responsibilities

• The Software Developer must play a key role in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform of one of our clients based in Japan
• Provide expertise on technical specification, development, and testing on the ServiceNow platform
• Provide expertise on technical consultations regarding development on the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team of ServiceNow developers

Job Requirements

• Graduate of B.S. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-3 years development experience
• Extensive experience in Web Development using Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS
• In-depth understanding of relational database (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) concepts
• In-depth understanding of Structural Programming concepts
• Strong logical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Considerable knowledge of ITIL and ITSM concepts
• Considerable development experience with systems for IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, or Human Resource Service Delivery
• Plus to have development experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Plus to be ServiceNow certified (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HR)
• Proficiency in Japanese language (at least N4)
