The following move from an on-site server to Office 365 Business Basic was developed and introduced by ROCOCO Technical following a site survey and a detailed report submitted to the client:
✓ Migrate all client data to SharePoint Online - Successfully migrated current electronic documents and files from their dated server to SharePoint Online, a highly secure document management system that is part of the Office 365 Business Basic subscription.
✓ Migrate all client Email accounts to Exchange Online - Customers have successfully moved from their current Small Business portal to Exchange Online, the cloud-based email hosting service that is also part of the Office 365 Business Basic plan. The migration to Exchange Online included all the inboxes, schedules, task lists and signatures for staff addresses.
✓ Implement a new Office 365 Backup and recovery solution - We replaced on-site backup system for customers with a Cloud-based Automated Office 365 Backup service that backs up exchange, schedule, and contact data for customers , in addition to all the customer data stored on SharePoint Online.
With the help of ROCOCO Technical, the client now has a modern IT infrastructure that has been future-proofed by migrating all of the Company’s data and emails from their on-premise server to the cloud-based Office 365 platform.
